Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original condition, ensuring all vintage tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garment.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
